What Does a Good Training Week Look Like?
At Pure Performance, we focus on quality, balance, and consistency —
not just doing more. Most members feel and perform best training
3–5 purposeful sessions per week.
Example Weekly Structure
- 2 × Pure Build — build full-body strength
- 1 × Pure Foundation or Oov Pilates — maintain core control and movement quality
- 1 × Pure Flow — support mobility and recovery
- Optional: 1 × Pure Conditioning — only if recovery and movement quality are good
This balance allows you to get stronger while keeping your body moving well —
so you can train consistently and feel better week to week.
