Pure Build

Strength for Real Life.

Pure Build is a structured, functional strength training class designed to help you build full-body strength, improve mobility, and enhance stability — all under expert coaching in a controlled, supportive environment.

Designed by physiotherapist and strength coach John Appel, Pure Build emphasises correct technique, progressive strength development, and movement quality that transfers to everyday life, sport, and performance. Sessions scale for all levels.

Pure Foundation

Build the Base for Pain-Free Movement.

Pure Foundation focuses on core stability, posture, spinal alignment, and fundamental movement control. This physio-informed class helps you correct movement patterns that can lead to pain or injury and prepares your body to train harder with better quality.

Foundation is ideal for beginners, members returning from injury, or anyone wanting a rock-solid base for all other training.

Pure Flow

Mobility, Recovery & Movement Quality.

Pure Flow blends mobility, controlled movement, and recovery-focused sequences to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall movement quality.

Perfect for recovery days or anyone managing training load, long hours of sitting, or stress. It’s intentional, accessible, and supportive — for all abilities.

Senior Performance

Strength, Balance & Confidence for 60+.

Senior Performance is tailored for adults 60+ who want to stay active, independent, and confident in their movement. This class emphasises functional strength, balance, coordination, and joint health using carefully coached progressions.

You’ll move with purpose, Lift heavy, and maintain physical capability for everyday life.

Oov Pilates

Deep Core Control & Postural Strength.

Oov Pilates uses the Oov device to challenge stability, activate deep core muscles, improve posture, and enhance body awareness.

This isn’t standard Pilates — the Oov creates dynamic instability that develops strength where it matters for daily movement, athletic performance, and spinal health. Suitable for all levels, especially those focused on posture and core function.

Women-Only Strength Training.

Fitness with Purpose.

Pure Conditioning builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and movement capacity through structured, coach-led sessions.

This class supports improved work capacity without sacrificing technique or recovery — programmed with intent, not chaos. Great for members with a solid movement base who want fitness that supports life and sport.

What Does a Good Training Week Look Like?

At Pure Performance, we focus on quality, balance, and consistency — not just doing more. Most members feel and perform best training 3–5 purposeful sessions per week.

Example Weekly Structure

  • 2 × Pure Build — build full-body strength
  • 1 × Pure Foundation or Oov Pilates — maintain core control and movement quality
  • 1 × Pure Flow — support mobility and recovery
  • Optional: 1 × Pure Conditioning — only if recovery and movement quality are good

This balance allows you to get stronger while keeping your body moving well — so you can train consistently and feel better week to week.
