Flex Fitness Mount offer a range of group fitness classes each week, our classes are specifically designed to cater to the individual needs. You don’t have to go hard out the first time you join a class, and all classes have options along the way so you can work at your own level and rest assure your comfort is our highest priority.

RPM

In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.



YOGA

During Yoga you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Breathing control, this is all part of the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. 


FIGHT FIT

Step into a Fight Fit workout and you’ll punch your way to fitness, This high-energy pure boxing inspired workout is totally beginner to advances, meaning, there are no complex moves to master.
